Facilities Rental Information
You can rent this great Banquet Hall for your Special Wedding Day, a Holiday Party, a Birthday, a Business Meeting, or just about any other type of event. The Hall is air conditioned, has WiFi Internet access, and has a wide format projector and screen available for use. The main floor is approximately 30 X 45 feet.
Spacious Sitting and Dance Area for 80 Guests including tables and chairs with no additional charge. The party will really jump with all this room in our Banquet Hall.
Full Service Kitchen Facilities for the Professional Caterer and Service Personnel or your personal use.

The facility can accommodate 80 people for formal dinning, parties, and meetings. The rental of the facility includes ample 6 ft folding tables and stacking banquet chairs for the rated capacity. Use of the kitchen and bar area are at no additional charge. There are 35 parking spaces in our lot. On-street parking is also available. Please call for rental availbility. The calendar on this web site does not indicate rental availability. Willow Glen Post 318 does not have a formal bar. You may provide your own refreshments including alcohol provided free of charge to your invited guests. Any sales of alcohol must have both pre-approval from the management and a formal Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control permit. Contact us for more information. Saturday or Holiday: Minimum 4 hours for $575 plus $115 for each additional hour or $1150 for all day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Friday: Minimum 3 hours for $345 plus approx. $85 for each additional hour or $775 for all day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A $300 refundable security and cleaning deposit is required to hold your date. An additional $250 fee for a security guard is required for evening parties when serving alcohol. Discounts may apply for current military and Post 318 Legion Family members who are renting as the responsible party. Quotes for monthly lease agreements are provided upon request. Cancellations made more than 30 days from the event receive full refunds. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event forfeit the deposit but the rental cost will be refunded.
